Where are your products made and shipped from?
We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our products are manufactured in the United States and in China.
Depending on your location, we ship our products from one of three international warehouse. We have warehouses in United States, United Kingdom and in China.
What about shipping and delivery times?
Our fulfillment partners fulfil orders within 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include weekends or holidays. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to your email which you can use to track your order. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Your product will arrive within 6 to 14 days.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
You can view our complete refund policy in returns and warranty in our Terms and Conditions section. In short, we do offer returns but only for unopened packages or products that were defective during arrival. Email our team for more info.
